The Begginer Workout
Sit in a chair. Keep your feet shoulder width apart. Try to keep your arms straight and raise your hands above your shoulders through out the motion. Sit back in the chair focusing on your hips going back into the chair as opposed to your knees going outward. Make sure your hips go back and your knees maintained stacked over your ankles. Your shoulders should also be aligned with your hips. Keep your abdominal tight along with your lower back. Sit in the chair and stand 20 times continually. You should feel a burning sensation in your legs (lactic acid) and start to breath heavy (oxygen debt, which is proof that you are in an anaerobic state). Once you achieve this anaerobic state you will increase your metabolism for up to 3 hours!
